All goods as described and exactly what I wanted. Rope Services were expecting a delivery of Sailmaker’s Palms, and contacted me to ask what I wanted them to do about the rest of the order. I called and got a helpful and friendly response when I asked that the rest of the order be fulfilled, with the Palm to be sent on later. Clearly the Palms arrived so because a few days later all the goods were delivered and I was able to proceed with the job I was doing. Well done.
